Website for Start-up + recruitment forms

Hi,

I wrote a job out last week, but as it turns out, I have to specify my requirements a bit more. The website is for a consultancy company. We are trying to create a databank of experts who could conduct projects at the one hand side, and at the other hand create a pool of customers where we place our experts.

I need someone who can:
-Drupal or Wordpress or any good alternative
-translate an existing website (front end) in one of the above programs (that means… the content and the design is already there)

On top of that the website should be expanded by a “recruitment” function (+back end)… which means:

For the experts:
-there should be a login for our experts
-there should be different fields for the experts to upload their profile (CV, specialisations, etc)
-they should sign our data protection and company terms before being able to upload their profile
-there should be a possibility for our experts to edit or delete their profile

(As a later expansion for the website (so not for now) for our customers:
- there should be a login for our customers as well
- there should be different fields for the customers to upload their company profile/ log
-they should be able to write out projects/ jobs
-and maybe have a look at short anonymous profiles of experts we have in our pool at the moment)

Then for ourselves:
- We need to have access to all the data uploaded by our experts (and customers)
- We at least need to get an email message for each new applicant
- Ideally we could make comments to their profile without the expert seeing it
- We need a good search function to search through the different profiles based on keywords
- If it would be somehow coupled to our outlook email it would be great but not essential

We are a start-up and our finances are very limited. So, to keep the costs low… for this “recruitment” part of the website we are specifically looking for someone who customises an existing template for us rather than developing something from scratch. Maybe “Drupal Recruiter Template” or something like it.

Speed & quality is for us very important. It should be up and running 6th of June latest. We deliver the design and the content, but you are responsible for all the rest!

We are hosting our website at the German company “Strato” and have the PowerWeb Plus package with MySQL5-datenbank… in case this would help

And you should take the time to teach us how to make (small) changes to the website ourselves
