Website edits, footer changes, etc.

I own a small business and just moved my word press site hosting. I need help with a few minor things that probably take less than 30-60 minutes. my prior hosting company handled my edits and now I am on my own. I need some footer text changed, inactive widgets removed from pages ([dyn-test-widget]), and another piece of text "SINCE 2006" shows up on multiple pages and I want it removed. site is customclimateconcepts.com.
