Web site development in Joomla!
This website will be used in primary schools to teach a language.
We are hiring a developer to create only the beginning of an application. If this is completed well, more work will follow immediately. (We have a site layout diagram and a walkthrough of the site done.)

The requirements are as follows:

Make a log in window with an operating login and ‘join’ function.
Place 1 image icon on the landing page.
This icon should operate: when you click on it, it should show the series of smaller images below with word headings, hover on a heading/image and show cascading content listing. ( Layout plan can be provided.) Click on content listing to open.
Establish file formats, size of files, most suitable.
The content listings should be for a presentation/slideshow (could be powerpoint).
The viewer should NOT be able to download the content to their own computer.

We will provide a powerpoint presentation and some images (jpeg) with some text to use in a slideshow format in existing CMS Joomla! (this format must allow for the addition of text, not just captions).

For completion of this project please have this up and running on a development server I can access to test its functionality as described.
