Website development

I´m working on a site for one of my Spanish clients and I need someone to help me do the more technical parts. I´ve already put the site together in Dreamweaver using individual html pages. Most on the content is there but there are still amends to layout on some pages. Here is the site so far - http://www.pfacomunicacion.com/newsite/

My client want his site to follow in style and functionality to http://www.pushpr.co.uk/ so you can use this site as reference

The main points are

1. On the ´Home´and ´Servicios´ pages the photos and text need to fade from one to another and link to the buttons underneath. In addition there will be a dropdown menu on one of the ´Servicios´ sections (Comunicacion Externa) I´ve set it up as a list of links for the moment

2. The site needs to work well in different browsers and monitor sizes.

3. the ´Latest Tweets´ need to be linked to my clients Twitter account and displayed on the site

4. The typeface has to match the typeface on pushpr

5. In the ´Contacto´ section there needs to be a link to Google maps.

6. Some of the Spanish accents aren´t working on my mac

I need to let my client know how much this will cost so if you can give me some idea of budget or how many hours it might take to do that would be helpful.
