Website designer needed asap to design website some flash required

Hi and thanks for taking time to look at this we are looking for a website design similar to this

we are adding a few more pages though the layout colours and appearance should run along this website.
we will also be adding videos and a blog .
we already own the domain of our company website.

we have all the text and page layouts
photos
videos etc.
we also will need to add a follow page which can be linked to our twitter/ myspace and facebook

I will also need a way to sell items from our online shop although this is not a necessity right now.

we will also need to set up the email at the website we already have .
and we also require a sign up for news letter box so we can buid a data base of people who follow us.
