Website Design Integration

Hi,

I am posting this job as I need a backup in case my programmer cannot do this project in time.

I have a working website - http://bookstartups.1010hosting1.co.uk/

I also have several screens, designed and saved as .png files (six in total).

I require the following:

- All six .png files converted into HTML files (sliced etc.).

- The six HTML files integrated into the current code of the website ("reskinning").

- Five affiliate "ID's" to be replaced. The website is a price comparison website, and I have five "ID's" (tracking ID's) ready to be plugged into the code, as the ID's in the code at the moment have expired and are redundant.

- A few changes to the current code (text changes and maybe some changes to improve the website's efficiency), but nothing too heavy.

I require this work done as soon as possible, as I need the launch the website over the next few days.
