Website customization for finance recruitment from template

I currently have a template for a website for a financial recruitment firm.

I am looking for someone to customise it and add links etc for a basic but professional looking website initially. It contains flash.

All information and logos etc, I have prepared and ready.

The company is a boutique financial recruitment firm working with Investment Banks globally

I am looking for this to be done over the next week or so with potential for continued work.
