Website Cross Browser Compatibility Cleanup

I'm about to go-live with a website, approximately 20 pages using PHP. The site is simple html, nothing crazy but there are some cross browser related issues where some input fields appear mal-aligned... plus the position of some css objects looks odd.

I need someone who is a guru in IE6 upwards and chrome, ff and the other major browsers to do a clean up. I'm guessing you will use a site like browsershots.org? please specify your approach in your bid so I can assess if you're the real deal or not up to the task.

I will be asking for an initial sweep of the site and for you to present a "to do list" for me to action. You could even submit a cleaned CSS file for uploading (if you wanted). Periodically I would like to give you a shout for more sweeping/cleaning of the site (if you want the ongoing work).

I have a few projects on the go so ideally I'd like to find someone who is keen on this type of html/cleaning work and use them regularly.
