Website correction and modification!!!

My website is an online shopping platform and I am having problems with the front end and the back end of the website. It is created using HTML 1.0 and a CMS+CRM backend system. I am looking for professional and experienced web developer to fix it.

Here are some of the more major problems.
After updates by the previous web developers all existing accounts have bugs and cannot function.
Categories listing results are wrong, sort out the results pages. Add a bulk action feature to delete/renew multiple products in frontend and backend.
The edit product option is corrupted.
Cannot delete any inbox messages.
Sort out the business directory, currently none of the listed businesses show up on the directory.
To be able to activate expired products via the backend.
There are some more issues on our list, and I don't want to spend whole day to listing it.

As you can see it is quite complicated so I am looking for professional and experienced web developer to fix it. Someone who knows what they're doing and no time wasting.
