Website Conversion Optimization

Hello,

I am looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization specialist, preferably with experience in the wedding industry, who can improve my conversion rates by analyzing my current situation through whatever methods they use and helping me to implement whatever changes are needed for improvement. I am comfortable with a 3-month commitment for the CRO specialist to gather enough history and data to improve the conversion rate. Possible longer term commitment if positive results are achieved during the initial period.

Google Analytics Expertise required. The successful candidate will be experienced in digging into Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools (and whatever other analytics tools they use like Cognitive, VWO, Optimizely, Unbounce, click testing tools, Kissmetrics, heat maps, etc…) to identify and implement areas for improvement. Website usability is also a key objective (UX).

As a solo wedding musician (pianist), please note that I do not have an ecommerce site or have expectations of hundreds of conversions per day. My traffic is extremely targeted, and consists mostly of local wedding brides, engaged couples to get married, and people looking for live music entertainment for holiday parties, birthday parties, anniversary parties, engagement parties, etc…. So, if I receive 20-30-people visiting my site per day, which is what is ‘appearing’ to be happening as suggested by my Google Analytics, that would be absolutely great, as long as those 30 visitors represent actual ‘legitimate’ traffic.

Keyword Analysis required. Some current highly ranked keywords for me are nj pianist, piano players new jersey, nyc pianist, wedding pianist nj, wedding musicians nj, wedding ceremony pianist nj, and several other keywords similar to these.

Traffic analysis required. Who is clicking on my site? Are they really locally targeted traffic, or are they just “junk” traffic?

Backlinks analysis required. Are my backlinks helping me or hurting me, and I need someone to help clean up my backlinks if some need to be eliminated.

Onsite Usability Analysis Required. Where on my website are my visitors clicking (or NOT clicking)? How is usability and how to improve usability (UX). Bounce rate analysis required (currently around 52%) and improvement strategy.
