Website checking reviews

I need a developer who specialises in HTML, CSS, VSCode, React, Java. I am creating a website that educates people on the authenticity of reviews . The home page has an input field where the user will paste in a review. The review will then go through an algorithm and at the end be assigned a grade of A-D and why the grade was assigned. (I will go into further details about the algorithm upon contacting me). The website has 4 pages, I am using VSCODE, and Bootstrap for React. I set up the backend using Spring boot and JPA, but I'm unsure if I actually need it. Algorithm should be written in java or js
