Website Changes built in PHP Codeigniter

We have a website back-end that is built in PHP Codeigniter.

The back-end is a customer/admin portal to keep track of customers registration for a service. They purchase a service which stores their details in the back-end and this is managed by the admin section. This area is already been built - but we need someone to add a few additional features and steps in between the process of "The customer filling out a quote - up until the sign-up process"

We have a full list of what is already built and complete - and what additional areas need adding.

You MUST have experience in PHP Codeigniter - And the project will be a fixed price for the elements that needed adding.
