Website based on CSS requires enquiry form and database

Existing Website requires e-commerce and form enquiry with database back end to be added.

We are a small company that has a website written in CSS templates. We now have a requirement for e-commerce to be added to the site with the ability to accept PayPal and credit cards and to offer VAT exemption for EU companies which are VAT registered. Product quantities that the site will offer are limited to no more than 15 different products. Postage would be fixed prices depending on destination and via a single courier. Address labelling and airway bill generation would also be required as functionality from the e-commerce pages.

Along with this we also need the ability to take enquiries through the website and generate a database of details allowing email mail merge to take place.

The requirement is in two phases. The first phase is the enquiry database with the second phase e-commerce coming later.

We are looking for someone with previous experience with e-commerce and online enquiry forms with a data base back end which can provide the two phases starting with the enquiry database phase.
