Website and html5 mobile application

i need someone to create a responsive website; when view in on a smartphone can double up as a web application while allowing an individual the share the event via social networks website. individuals will be required to either create a profile or login using the facebook or twitter logins . the websites main focus is to display clubbing events according to genre and location and will be displayed in the categories: Today, Tomorrow and Coming Soon. i have seen two applications online that are using the formate i require i.e cineword and Groupon android mobile applications. the desktop website will be very simple, details of this will be sent on request. i need work to commence asap.
