Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I am putting together a prepayment electricity meter solution and need a page for a resident to be able to purchase / top up their electricity credit on their meter. The payment gateway is going to be Worldpay, and I need the page to be able to be compatible with this.
This is where it gets slightly more complicated. Once the transaction has been completed through API it needs to talk to a piece of software I have (which I have been told is set up ready for the integration), which sends the token to the meter via SMS.
The software that talks to the meter is already an off the shelf product from a developer in another company and no work is required on this.
So to outline, I need a basic one page website with I guess a shop where the resident enters his meter number and how many units of electricity they wish to purchase. Link to worldpay for the transaction to be completed and then for it to notify the meter management software of this by API so the software can send the token to the meter.
