Webmaster / manager of my sites required to work with me as I build up my requirement

General information for the website: my sites are for online presnece and I have a second group of info sites in preparation to gerenae affilate income and a by poroduct of information.
Description of requirements/features: What I'm looking for is someone I can trust with my web log in to manage my doonains, emauil accounts and web hosting for a series of web sites and whose skills will grow with my business. I'm very open to ideas an proposals and need some one who will react fairly quickly and knows how to integrate various web tools!
