TEMP TO PERM ROLE/TEMP TO PERM ROLE This client eagerly seeks an experienced Web Master to coordinate the planning, implementation and maintenance of web based applications. The Webmaster will be responsible for ensuring the consistency and reliability of the company web infrastructure. Key Skills: Good working and technical knowledge of IIS, some SQL knowledge in order to query data to troubleshoot issues, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS. .NET C# and SSIS exposure a bonus ( Visual Studio ). Visual Source Safe experience and Ektron CMS experience advantageous but not essential. *Managing test, staging and live web Servers including deployment, configuration and optimisation of websites. *Administration of the Content Management Systems, Visual Source Safe and Bug Tracking application. *Web stats and reporting on web site activity. Personal profile *Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively, delegate tasks where appropriate and work under pressure. *Have a logical approach to problems and be able to think laterally too to find resolution to problems. Ideally someone who will delve into the code where possible to identify the problem. *A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. *Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior big company executives For the right person the career path within this organisation are superbly incermental
