Experience Level: Entry
I have a website all done already - I need the smallest coding change so that there is a 'pulldown' menu floating at the top of each page - upon clicking, a window pops up (or pulls down) with writing in it, and a web link. I need it so that I can change the writing and link if necessary - I can do this in the code though, I am used to html
