Web Video/Editing Player configuration

I am seeking a developer to establish a long term relationship with for ad-hoc assistance for customisation and integration of video players (probably JW Player or Flowplayer), and basic video editing (AE or FCP). Initially I need to develop a standard customised version of the player and understand the limitations and possibilities of these players, and then assist with the deployment of the player onto my company's customer's websites (i.e. assist thier developers if they have problems).
Experience with Flash, AfterEffects, video editing and streaming would be helpful. I'm seeking a developer who charges per hour, who we can call upon as and when needed.
