Web site development in Joomla

The aim of the project is to develop a web site with a number of pages going from 40 to 70, including a news area and a forum (only this section will require autentication) . You can refer to the following link to have an idea of the kind of site:

The project is articulated in 2 phases: an analysis phase and a web development phase (using joomla).

The analysis phase will be conducted by our organization, but during this phase we will need a daily timely feedback from the joomla developer to know which templates are already available and which need to be specifically developed. In this phase the overall estimated involvement of the developer will be about 8 hours (splitted in small lots given the peculiarity of the activity required). For this phase we need:
1) Fixed qUotation for the availability slots (overall 8 hours);
2) Fixed quotation for a custom template.

Ultimated the analysis we will take part to a bid, in case we won the bid the second phase will follow: The Development phase.

The development phase using joomla, will start from the analysis report that our organisation will provide, including all pages structure, all necessary graphic elements, all navigation flow charts and contents. For this phase we need a quotation parametric to the number of pages (range 40-70).
