We require someone with experience developing web scrappers that can build a scrapper for us in asp.net C#.
Initially we need the scrapper set to pull all the jobs data from JobCentre Plus (http://jobseekers.direct.gov.uk/).
Only incremental data should be collected (i.e. new jobs) and it should be stored into a MSSQL database.
We should be able to set the time the web scrapper operates using a global settings web page. There should also be sufficient logging to report success and errors.
Ideally we would like to this scrapper to run daily, but if this is too much load each week. You should be able to advise us and take action on helping avoid IP bans by using proxy servers.
