Web Programming for website for new medical school in Nepal

We have the graphics Photoshop files for a new website design for http://www.pahs.edu.np/ but need to convert them to html to upload via Front Page. I would like out student staff to learn the specific steps they do not know how to do at the moment so they will be independent and able to create websites without assistance in the future. The job is not just getting the job done but also teaching our students how to do what you are doing so they can do it themselves in the future. Students and I are situated in Edmonton, Canada.
