Web menu work, front page fade in out slideshow, sub menus

Hi guys,
I'm looking to fix the position of my logo so that my image galleries flow underneath.

So far, I've got the main menu buttons fixed so that scrolling the gallery flows the images underneath that, but not my logo. It appears connected to the galleries so when you scroll it scrolls too!

Also, I'm looking for the home page galleries to fade in and out rather than just switch. I've found Javascript that does this for internet explorer but they don't seem to work on firefox. So something reliable for each browser is ideal.

Lastly, I would like a sub menu system so that I can tidy my gallery menus a bit. A decent, smooth drop out submenu.

***All these changes must be Iphone and Ipad friendly - my current site is pretty awesome on IOS - some menu work I had done recently was excellent but it meant it wasn't touch responsive***

You don't have to be able to do all these things and I'm happy to split the job up.
