WEB - Login member area

Hello,

I have got :
1. a login form in html, user and password (stored in a mysql db)
2. a mysql db with my cutomers information for the member area. (i will supply it with fake information but with the same structure)
3. i have the query the show the information i need to show in the member area

I need :
A page/template that show only the information regarding that member using the query in the point 3, by chosing the right id with the user and password insert in the login form. the page needs also to be protected from entering without the right login and password and has to be graphically acceptable.
