Web Development Project Manager

Role Summary

Website development program manager. You will enable us to bring our vision alive by designing and overseeing the delivery of our business networking site.

Company Background

CD will change forever the way that commercial property surveyors do their jobs. By using intelligent technology and creative service design we will create a forum for surveyors to efficiently share relevant ‘comparable’ property information. We will reduce the time it takes to complete a report, increase gross margins for our clients and create longer tem downward pressure on pricing in the sector.

Hours & Role Duration

Ongoing (permanent) part-time role.
Estimate of 1 day per week during initial planning phase, followed by an ongoing lower time commitment of circa 1/2 day per month.
Flexibility appreciated.

Remuneration

Circa £50k FTE, depending upon experience.

Key Deliverables

1. Write a site-design brief for a developer to follow for our business networking site
2. Review available options and select a suitable technology platform (probably open source social networking)
3. Produce (yourself or through a sub-contractor) visual identity and wire frames
4. Recruitment a permanently employed developer (part time) to build, iterate and market the site
5. Provide ongoing oversight and scrutiny of the site build and evolution
