Web Development Advice

I have developed a successful business simulation, written in MS Excel and played on laptops in a classroom environment. The \'engine\' file that drives the game is around 4MB (eight teams competing over eight rounds).

I now wish to create a web-based version for the highbrow end of the domestic market. This will be a slimmed-down \'fun\' version with less educational content but a few additional features. This has been completely specified in terms of look and content but I do not have the IT knowledge to create the product.

I have become aware of a programme called KDCalc which can convert my Excel engine into one usable within a web application. This should greatly reduce the programming required.

Initially, I need an IT expert to take a look at KDCalc and at my detailed specification and work out what skills and resource I need to build my custom user interface and then link the KDCalc output into it. This research will be for a fixed fee; I would then look at recruiting someone with the skills identified (who may or not be the same person) to carry out the development and to maintain it on an ongoing basis.
