Community based forum/ social network.

The site is to operate as follows:

Someone submits their profile and a payment to our site.

The administrator checks the profile and can then publish it (profile poster receives initial message that profile is being checked by administrator; and receives subsequent email stating that their profile been published)

Once live the profile owner can easily 'invite' all their email contacts to
join their profile/ group; and/or share their profile.

Invitees can accept email invitations.

Public profiles are viewable and can be shared using social tools.

If someone wishes to contact/ interact with the owner of a public profile they must themselves register to the main site then seek an invitation to join a particular person's groups via an internal messaging system.

Once registered, individuals can communicate directly with group operators via the internal messaging system (where the chat correspondence is logged so there is a record in case of dispute). New messages are to be sent to intended recipients by email and recorded in string on site.

There are then a few options available to the two communicating parties.

Public profiles and keywords are searchable on site and visible to search engines.

Requirement:

Must be an open source CMS

Site must operate smoothly like PPH

Internal messaging/ blogging system is central to the site

Site specific login as well as social media login required in the 'your account' section that enable users to login via their LinkedIn or FB logins

Note: front end is essentially developed but will need to be tied to back end.
