Web Developer to add CSV download to exsisting site

Description of requirements/features: We require a web developer to build an option to download all wall posts made on our website as a CSV file and similarly download summarised information for feedback received from our customers to a spate CSV.

The wall post's CSV should contain the following information as separate fields; date posted, school that the wall is linked to, User that posted the comment and the comment posted. Before downloading I will need to select the date range for the comments and which schools wall I wish to download (including and option to select all schools).

The feedback summaries should be similar, When a school logs in they can view a summary of the comments received, I would like to be able to download the summaries for each school as a CSV to use in a report that is being produced. This summary should be filtered by school, Form (with a multi select option) and date feedback received.
Extra notes:
This is a site we had developed to suit our specific needs. After receiving advise it appears that the site was built using Visual Studio and C#. The Website in question is juniorjam.co.uk
