Web developer needed

Looking for a web developer with proven experience to:

1. Convert 2 PSD designs to the latest HTML/CSS standards. The PSD designs will be provided to the chosen developer. The first PSD is a holding page. The purpose of the holding is to collect email addresses from visitors who are interested in receiving services and offers from our company. The second PSD is a confirmation page telling the visitor that they have signed up successfully and that they should receive a confirmation email shortly.

2. Develop an admin panel to manage collected email addresses. The admin panel should enable the admin to send single/bulk emails to visitors who have provided their emails, and the admin should also be able to export the emails as CSV.

3. Convert an email template to the latest HTML/CSS standards. Once a visitor has submitted their email address to us on the holding page, they should receive this email automatically.

Fonts used in PSD designs are Helevetica Neue and Arial.

Our cloud hosting platform supports Linux & Windows. We would prefer to have the site running on Linux.
