Web Developer/ Designer

I am looking for a web designer and programmer to develop a project for from scratch. The project is initially a online dating site then a number of other projects as the company develops.
The site will be pretty complex database backed with as much automated functionality as possible. As online dating is a very competitive market the design has to be of the highest quality and the site must work perfectly.
I am ideally looking for someone in London as I find it easier to sometimes work through the design etc face to face.
I have developed a document which outline the how the site should work but I expect that to be adapted and expanded as we develop. I also require ongoing optimization of the site
Finally I do not have the finance in place to pay for and development up front or on completion of the site. So I am therefore offering a 20% stake in the company in return for the development and SEO work. This means that you will essentially receive 20% of the profits we make on a Biannual basis. Hopefully this will incentives you in the design as well.
