Web designers required

I would like to get a team or an individual who can work on projects efficiently and understands proper time management. Developers as well as designers.

I want to establish a long term working relationship to do business together. The first two assignments would be a test of that skill and commitment.

Serious and interested parties can respond to this, as this was the only way I could broadcast this. I don't like people wasting my time, so if you are accustom playing games and making excuses, do not bother to respond.
