Web designer with some development knowledge required ( .NET )

Description of requirements/features: I would like to work with someone to help me develop a website I have partially built. The site uses ASP.NET ( VB ) and connects to SQL Server. I have the programming skills and database knowledge - The main help I need is around the design, look and feel. This is a fully responsive site. At this stage I am looking for a partner to work with on a per job or hourly rate. I would need a good web designer who is creative but someone who also has some experience of working with .NET, but as said I can do most of the programming myself if needed. I can also do all the database integration work.
Can you quote me an hourly rate and some examples of previous work. I would envisage you will receive an initial surge of work and then some followup work once the site is live.
