Website with back end database required for scanning and uploading documents for online retrieval and download. User portal will allow clients to log in and access any stored files they have submitted.

Scanned files will be manually processed by client and uploaded billing clients. Integrated accounting features need to be available to invoice and conduct basic accounting.

Solution should be viable to either host in the cloud or servers on premises.

Design of website should include aesthetic home page and intro to business description and purpose.

Software Record Management:
Scanning all kind of documents related to a company, and save it under 2 different categories.
1st category, is when you scan and save it on a cd, and by the end of the day you give this cd to the company.
2nd category, is when you scan and save it on a website where this website is secure and where I will be the owner of it, and where the company is eligible to check her files provided she has a user name and password.
In this category, the company can have multiple user, where each user has a diffident access to the files, and that will be decided by the company.
In addition , and whenever we scan the document it should have a barcode, where each barcode is being given automatically by the system.
Also this web based system should be link to an accounting web based system where the minute we scan and saved The documents we can easily generate an invoice for the whole project.

For the Hardware Record Management
Once we finish with the scanning, then we will store the documents in a warehouse, and for this action, we need to put all the documents in boxes and store it it shelves at the warehouse, and each box should have a barcode for easy tracking, linked to the barcode of the scanned documents and linked to the defined number set by the company.

In summary, whenever a company needs to retrieve a file or a document, the user should send a request through the website ordering the documents and then the documents will be retrieved and sent back to the company. And for each order requested , it will be automatically billed through the website.
