Web designer/Programmer Needed for Tourism Website

Hi,
We are looking for a local flexible web designer/Programmer with good experience in php5, knowledge of php 4, CSS, mysql and XHTML.
We are currently looking to improve our back end to ultimately improve the architecture, making this more accessible and flexible to our needs.
This will in turn improve our front end with the look and feel.
We are ideally looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running from June, for roughly 20 days.
If this works well, then we would be able to offer more work going forward on other small projects.
Once communication has been established we will delve into more detail, explain who we are etc, but for now we look forward to hearing from you.
