Looking for someone to build from scratch a website (front and back end) that will achieve front page listings on google (xxxxx's are in the document where i have deleted sensitive information)

Overview of website

The website is an online sponsorship marketplace

The site must function for two types of user:

 Sponsors (people who want to sponsor, typically mid-large size companies e.g. AIG, Carling)
 Rights holders (people who need sponsorship eg Glastonbury, V-Festival, british touring car championship)


Sponsor:

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

When a sponsor enters the site, he will log in, enter the criteria of opportunities that he is looking to sponsor, and then search the site.

He will xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

An automated email system will send him relevant opportunities on the site, and will email him relevant opportunities as they are added to the site.

Criteria to be searchable by sponsor (demographics, lifestyle choices, age, type, region, sex, cost)



Rightsholder:

When a rights holder enters the site, they will be asked to enter specific criteria about themselves (personal & company details) and their opportunity

There will be 2 options for the rights holder at that point:

1. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. This listing will be anonymous (ie no branding, no contact details)
2. Pay for a premium listing. This listing is branded, with contact details, with preferred advertising space on the site

They will also be able to list their opportunity on xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx









Sponsor-Rights holder Interaction


When a sponsor is interested in a rights holders opportunity, there are two options:

1. If it is a premium listing, sponsor contact the rights holder direct
2. If it is a basic listing,
 Sponsor contacts the rights holder anonymously through our website
 Sponsor121 makes the rights holder aware that a sponsor is interested.

There are a number of sites that are operating in the sponsorship industry that are worth viewing:

www.uksponsorship.co.uk (simple and very basic site)
