Web Design & Development of M.I.S System

We are looking for a long-term relationship with a web developer to initially create our external client facing web site followed by a complete web hosted M.I.S system (usable by MAC OS X/Firefox and Windows XP & Vista/I.Explorer Users) .

The MIS system will be used to manage all feasible sales, marketing and operational activities for the company such as project management (currently conducted using a bespoke Filemaker database), business development, dierct marketing response and eCommerce. We expect the succesful candidate to use this project to build the framework for the whole MIS system when creating our web site. Moving forward, we can integrate the web site in as the front-end of the MIS system.

This initial part of the project you are bidding for entails building the external facing web site that our potential and existing clients will see. There are approximately 60 pages to be created, and the developer will also be responsible for uploading and testing on our server (access will be provided) the link below downloads a zip file which contains:

* A powerpoint file that contains our ideas on preferred layout;
* A MS Word file that shows you where the text/content is available from i.e our existing web site or any attachments we have provided.
* PDF's of our printed materials to strip some text from and also to show our company branding as we want the MIS system to follow the fonts and design we already have.

We need to see evidence of your web development skills in relation to a similiar project you have completed or are currently working on. We want to use the same developer to create the initial front-end and the complete system.

PLEASE NOTE WE WILL BE RESERVING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COMPLETE OWNERSHIP OF THE SYSTEM - SO WE EXPECT FULL ADMINISTRATION ACCESS TO THE SYSTEM.
