Web.Config Configuration - 301 Redirects

We are looking for a web developer who is able to reconfigure an existing web.config file to perform 301 redirects.

We wish for the non-www versions of our webpages to be 301 redirected to the www versions.

i.e;
http://ourdomain.com/ would 301 redirect to http://www.ourdomain.com/
http://ourdomain.com/example.asp would 301 redirect to http://www.ourdomain.com/example.asp

etc..
