Web builder

We are designing it, and need someone to build it. We have the website address and email with my Xcalibre account - but may need hosting for the site as an option in your quote.

I have attached a pdf of the layout - so you can see the navigation.
With the main menu on the left, and a drop menu under the main sections.
(Grey box will be the image area).

Homepage: As an option, could we have a quote to rotate different images.

About Us: scroll function on this page. (reference for scroll function: see the 'reference' section on www.neatfinish.com).

Showcase sections, and Archive: there will be numbers at the top to click through through different images.

Shop section: at this stage will just showcase t'shirts, with link to email enquiry. (with a view to make this an E-commerce function in future) - is this something you can do?

Free Vectors section: will have a click function to download files. (navigation as per showcase section).

Links: This will be a list of websites - I would like this function to pop-open a new tab/window to go to the different websites. ie. keeping our website open at all times, so the viewer doesn't have to click backwards to get back to our site.

Enquiry/contact page: simple page showing our address.

Option for CMS of: Showcase sections, and Archive, Shop, Free Vectors, and pdf links.

Also in the interim, while I am finalising the design - it would be great to get a home page, with links to download 2 different pdfs, and our contact details. Can you quote for this separately. And timings to get this done.
