Web based Phone app

We are creating a new mobile app to compliment our loyalty program.

The applications purpose is to invite and complete a registration form to join. We intend to use the Email - SMS - Social Media to send the form registration as well as being able to sign up on the app.

You will need to build a database to show Follower (members that have accepted the invitation and completed the sign up process and paid) a user profile page to upload a photo or logo.

A sample concept is attached, this is only to demonstrate the concept.

The loyalty program works with a cashback when you participate at a merchant that is registered with us. Anyone who invites a member to the program is entitled to a commission when a transaction takes place. The referrals also work down 7 levels meaning that if you invite a friend and then they invite someone they are your level 2, that person invites someone (L3) so on until you get to L7. Each level pays a slightly smaller commission.

The application is designed so that people can quickly and easily invite friends and family or Merchants can build their own loyalty program with members and receive a trailing commission when they shop at another merchants store.

We are aslo open to ideas around new technology that might compliment this concept.

I would like this project completed in 2 weeks.
