Web Based Auto ASP Emailer From MS Access Database

We are a loan company and we take applications for loans online with an online application form. The data from this form is then submitted into a MS Access database.


The customers also submits their email address with the form. We would like to automatically send an automated email to all our customers at the end of each day via a web based asp script.

We are on a very low budget so would appreciate the lowest bids.
