Web Banner & Logo Reformatting

I am looking for three key things:

1) Someone to create me a banner for my new volusion website. I want the banner to be near as possible to that on our website because i love everything about it (of course text will be provided by me).

2) I have logos designed and am happy with the deisgn, but i need all 5 logos formatted to the same style and quality for use both on the website and other marketing, advertising opportunities.

3) On the e-shop i will be selling just 8 training courses, but instead of standard / cheesy photographs / images i want 8 colour boxes with the relevant course text added. And / or am open to other creative ideas to use instead of photos on these 8 buttons.

The work is on a tight budget being a new venture and me a sole trader, but i come from the luxury market where budgets have not been an issue before and my expectations to quality are high! Future opportunities for many other supporting ventures will also be very likely in both the near and not so distant future.
