Description of requirements/features: Develop web application for webpage: a price quotation page that will give visitors a quote based on their location, and 2-3 additional qualifying questions. The web application should then present a price and then an option for the visitor to proceed and/or have the info emailed to them.
There should be an option to put a promotional code and obtain a quote factoring that in.
The web application should create the price from a table/database for which the site administrator can login and amend the price schedules.
Current site is wordpress.
