Web App Creation

I hope you are well. I was contacting you in regards to an app style site I would like to be created. I purchased a theme from CodeCanyon and just need someone to make the changes I require.

The app is not intended for sale, I just need it mocked up and working on my phone as I have an idea to ask my girlfriend to marry me and propose in a unique way.

My idea was to have a dating style app when my girlfriend swipes right she likes the picture and left if she dislikes the picture. This will have a number of pictures of us together and a short caption to show the date the picture was taken and a short bit of text to explain the image. After 30 pictures on the last screen I would like it to go to a blank screen for 10 seconds and then after have a song play and this will be my chance to propose to my girlfriend.

Just wanted to know if you were able to do this for me. I don't need any other functionality just the swiping and liking of the pictures.

The main idea of the app is just to have the swipe right and left features nothing else is needed as I do not intend to use the app for anything other than a visual which I can give my girlfriend to play with. It will just be pictures of us and when the screen goes black and the song plays, I can then ask her to marry me.

The images will be of various holidays and trips we have had in the past year which I can provide it will be like a timeline so from the first time we met to the current day so no need to be able to upload images from the phone.
