We require our finishedPhotoshop PSDs converted to a DNN 7 mobile responsive website.

General information for the website: We require our finished Photoshop PSDs converted to a fully mobile responsive DotNetNuke (DNN 7) website - bootstrap 3, and w3c ready. The website is small (mostly text, with one or two small graphics per page) - 10 pages, including the homepage. We would like the person hired to complete the whole site for us as quickly as possible.
Kind of development: New website from scratch, installed on DNN 7.
Num. of web pages/modules: 10 pages approx.
Description of every page/module: The skin needs to be fully mobile responsive, bootstrap 3, w3c ready - and will be installed on DNN 7 cms.
Description of requirements/features: Most of the pages consist of brief text, with some small graphics. One of the pages is a 'compare prices' page, with a 'calculator' (the kind you see on mortgage websites), which possibly requires jQuery UI value slider coding (when you slide the slider, prices will change). We can program the 'calculator' to work ourselves if the freelancer cannot.
Specific technologies required: Installation on DNN 7, mobile responsive, bootstrap 3, w3c ready.
Extra notes: We would like the person hired to complete the whole site for us as quickly as possible, possibly one week.
