We need to review our site and look at why customers dont buy.

We need an analysis / review of our website.
We are getting an amount of traffic and product views which are not converting to sales and can not figure out why.
Someone is needed to have a look at the website and the ordering process with comments on any changes they feel would suitable and aid our sales.
We currently have a very tight budget and being ripped off by a few freelancers so please bear this in mind when replying.
It would be helpful if you was based in the uk as I prefer to speak to people on the phone.
