We need a specialist in HTML who is strong in mobile responsive functionality

We need a specialist to go through our website (www.aucspace.com) and amend / improve the current HTML responsive version.

We are having a few issues which are a priority, one in particular was the shopping cart not showing on the mobile version, but on the desktop version. Secondary, the tables are proving very clunky and not viewing correctly for a mobile friendly version so we need his addressed.

Please let me know what you think you can make big changes to and how much you'll charge.
