We need a page

Hello, I am looking for a web page that is just one page with just one pic on it. Here is the tricky part though, I need the page to be password protected. When someone tries to view the page i need it to NOT display any part of the page till the password or username and password is given. I would like to know the cost of a domain(monthly) and the total cost of the page creation.
