General information for the website: We are developing a large azure based application and need help with the UI / HTML / CSS / Bootstrap.
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: We currently have need of a short-term Web Designer / Developer with up-to-date mobile experience (e.g. Using frameworks such as Bootstrap over an ASP.NET) to assist on a project.

In short - I’m looking for a junior/mid-level web developer with a flair for graphic design. They’ve probably spent a couple of years knocking up good looking websites that adapt for tablet, mobile and desktop browsers.

May even be a good in-fill piece for a digital design / media graduate with relevant placement experience.

Words I’d be looking for in a CV would be along the lines of:
• Web designer / developer
• Graphic designer
• Mobile and Desktop Web Developer
• HTML5 / Bootstrap / CSS

Probably used tools like:
• Visual Studio
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Dreamweaver

Nice to haves would be:
• Some exposure to ASP.NET WebForms or MVC using C# and Razor
