We are looking for a PHP, XHTML and Java Script programmer to produce the following code.

To take a Google position in Longitude and Latitude
To access the Foursquare API
To return a string of Foursquare locations within 3 KM of the location (with the ability for later coders of alter this)
To print out the name, location, and number of checkin for each locations.
To determine the the distance of each location from where you are. (Mathematics for this can be provided)

This is a fully contained piece of PHP work. No HTML design is required. Our company will include this in a much lager piece of ongoing development
