Wccr.co trouble shooting

My website "wccr.co" has been compromised and taken offline. The site exists as a Digital Ocean droplet (WCCR.co / 1 GB Memory / 1 Intel vCPU / 25 GB Disk / NYC3 - NodeJS 12.18.0 on Ubuntu 20.04) . I am informed that I can salvage the data and use a "droplet" backup that predates the attack to reconstruct the site, but I have not been able to do that because I am not familiar with this type of procedure. I have the documentation I have received from Digital Ocean. Once the site is back online, I need to upgrade the security from the current password protection (SSH key(s) ?).

What do you propose to solve the problem, and what would you charge?
